360 Arena: The ultimate Family Entertainment Centre in Vilnius

The start of Family Entertainment Center 360 Arena

The idea for the 360 Arena Family Entertainment Center (FEC) came from the desire to create an all-inclusive entertainment location in Vilnius where families, children and friends can have fun together. We noticed a growing demand for indoor activities for all different age groups. The location we had was perfect for this concept as it is the right size and has a good infrastructure. It took a year from the initial idea to the opening of 360 Arena in October 2024.

Everything under one roof

We offer our customers a unique experience! How we do that? 360 Arena is the first park in Lithuania that offers a trampoline park, a large play structure, a toddler zone, a HiT iT! Arena, a double Ninja Course and various interactive games under one roof.

We deliberately chose a wide range of activities to appeal to different age groups, from toddlers to adults in their 30s. We offer fun for everyone! In addition, interactive and modern games have been integrated all over the park to cater to the needs of our visitors.

Besides the great attractions, we also offer a large restaurant area where we serve family-friendly meals including pizzas, salads, lasagnes and snacks, as well as options for special diets such as vegetarian or gluten-free dishes.

Last, but not least, is the amazing design and colour combination of the interior, special lighting with visual effects and surround sound system, which creates a unique atmosphere. Our interior designer came up with the rainbow colours and prints. We did not choose a particular theme, because we wanted to make it as attractive as possible for all target groups. That was a challenge!

All these elements together guarantee an unforgettable experience and enthusiastic visitors and repeat visits!

An all-in-one ticket

You only need one ticket to visit all the different areas in the Family Entertainment Center. Visitors can constantly move freely between the playground, trampoline park and other activities. This allows for a more integrated experience where families and groups can enjoy everything together.

Different coloured bracelets help supervisors see which age children are. For example, children under 7 years old have a yellow bracelet, they are not allowed to jump in the trampoline park at the same time as teenagers and adults. We want to provide a safe play environment, but also meet the needs of our guests, even the very youngest ones. Therefore, we will organise special jump moments for the youngest visitors, so they can also play on the trampolines.

Favourite attractions

There is plenty to do in the park, which means visitors discover something new every time. We have already noticed the favourite attractions of different age groups. In the playground, children love the interactive elements and obstacle course. The absolute number one event in the trampoline area are the High Performance Trampolines, the Valo Arena and the HiT iT! Arena.

Targets and challenges

Our main goal is to provide a memorable experience for every visitor, by creating a place where families and friends come together and have fun. We want children and teenagers to move, they are not made to sit. With the addition of the interactive elements, we offer a combination of activities that are super popular.

We also aim to become the go-to entertainment center of Vilnius and beyond. Most visitors come from Vilnius and its immediate surroundings, but during the holidays we even notice that people from all ends of Lithuania visit our park. We are open all year round, except for some national holidays. Our schedule is fully geared to families, especially during weekends and school holidays. We can accommodate about 700 visitors at a time in the park. In the first year, we expect to welcome around 300,000 visitors.

Our biggest challenge is ensuring smooth control of huge crowds of people passing through the FEC. Toddlers will only play in the toddler zone, while younger children will mainly play in the playground and teenagers and older visitors will mainly spend time in the trampoline park and the HiT iT! Arena, but we always have to keep a close eye on and control this.

Children's birthday parties and events

We offer 11 separate birthday rooms for celebrating children's birthday parties. These are all uniquely designed to suit different age groups. The special birthday packages are very popular, we expect to celebrate more than 3,000 children's parties a year! Besides children's parties, we naturally welcome school groups, sports teams, corporate team building events, and other group events.

Every week, we organise a fun disco night. We also organise various kinds of themed events throughout the year, such as during Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day and Easter. Furthermore, we are preparing to offer special week-long activity packages for school kids while they are on summer vacation. On these days, we want them not only to play in the 360 Arena, but also to be introduced to other activities such as the adjacent boxing club and dance studio. We will also organise special gymnastics, parkour and other sports workshops for children and teenagers. These events together let us fully use our park’s potential, help create a festive atmosphere and attract even more visitors.
