Innovative indoor playground for a family hotel in the Black Forest

At Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee, ELI Play created a completely new indoor playground tailored to the needs of families. This indoor play area is designed to engage children of all ages, regardless of the weather, and adds significant value to the hotel experience.

The play hall seamlessly blends natural design, innovative play concepts, and digital interaction into one cohesive environment. The result is a versatile space where movement, creativity, and collaborative play take center stage.

Natural and modern play environment

The design of this indoor playground emphasizes natural colors and materials. Warm browns, various shades of green, and wooden theming are inspired by the Black Forest. This creates a cozy and calming atmosphere that complements the hotel’s surroundings while encouraging children to explore, move, and play together.

Play zones are clearly defined and tailored to different age groups, ensuring safety, comfort, and maximum play enjoyment.

Large play structure for active fun

The centerpiece of the indoor playground is an impressive Play Structure that invites children to climb, crawl, and go on exciting adventures. Filled with obstacles and Rope Bridges, it leads to multiple Slides at the top level.

Integrated into the structure are two ValoJump trampolines, where children jump into a digital world and control interactive games with their movements. This innovative combination of physical activity and digital play offers endless fun.

Combining sports with interactive games

In addition to free exploration, the playground offers challenging attractions such as a Mini Ninja Course with a timer system that tests agility and speed. The Multi-Sport Arena with PowrPlay blends traditional sports with digital interaction, while the ValoArena brings together movement and digital gaming for an active, engaging, and modern play experience.

Natural and modern toddler zone

For the youngest guests, a separate toddler zone provides a safe and soft play environment. Features include a mini slide, Ball Pit, Soft Play elements, and a merry-go-round. Surrounding this area are playful Skypods, which challenge children’s speed and coordination. The toddler zone allows even the littlest ones to explore independently while parents watch comfortably.
